1. Analysis of our client’s purchasing patterns in the cost categories which are allocated to us and evaluation of these patterns

2. Price analysis and identification of suppliers’ criteria

3. Evaluation of best practices and competitive prices in the market through benchmarking, market research and negotiation with potential suppliers who meet the client’s criteria

4. Process analysis

5. If needed, re-evaluation of internal processes and preparation of new, rational, efficient and effective operational models

6. Agreement with client on the outcome which will bring desired savings. Theclient always decides!

7. Support in implementing the selected recommendations

8. 18-month follow-up in order to ensure recommended savings are implemented.
